Please read carefully before ordering, Order only when you are ready to make payment. No payment = No order. Please order only if you are agreed and comfortable with all the terms and condition.

Delivery services
Prices quoted are exclusive of local postage.
- Add SGD2.00 - $5.00 (depends weight) for normal postage for order of SGD60.00 and below.
- FREE Normal Postage for order of above SGD60.00.
- Meet up/self collection can be arrange for purchase above $20 and above.Venue will be at seller convenience (mostly west area).
- FREE Delivery to door step (Pre-arrange) for order of SGD180.00 and above.
- Please advise to add SGD2.24 (SingPOST) for registered mail to prevent any lost mail for amount less than SGD60.00. Kindly note that we will not held any responsibilities for any goods that are lost or damaged in the transit of Normal mail.
We will take the utmost care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and properly packed and sealed to minimize any breakage or damage.
Orders will be post out within 2-3 working days upon receive of payment.
Confirmation/Cancellation of Pre-Orders We will send an email to the customer upon confirmation of pre-orders. To avoid anymore back out, payment have to be made before I proceed your order. (Sorry I have encountered too many cases and this is not fair to me , appreciate your understanding)
100% fund transfer is required upon confirmation of order. No refund will be made for cancellation of orders.
Exchange & RefundsAll our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. I will assure goods are in good condition before I sold to you. All fragile items will be bubblewrap for protection. Unreasonable request will not be entertain (eg. item not useful to you). Please note I don't invent or manufacture the products and I can't judge your skin for you if the products will 100% benefits your skin as everyone have individual skin types. I will share my experience and feedback from other users if I have any.
Pre-Order Lead TimePlease allow about 3 to 4 weeks to process your pre-orders. (It depends on the shipment) If any orders are out of stock full refund will be return.
PaymentWe accept payment by ATM Electronic transfer/Internet Banking.
Please transfer the fund within 3 working days in order to firm your orders. I will release the order to another member if I do not receive the payment on time. Your understanding is most appreciated. :)
Kindly email me once you have made the payment to prevent any unnecessary delay. Order will be process after receiving successful payment transferred.
We will not be responsible for problems resulting from the use of the facial masks. If skin irritation occurs, consult a doctor immediately.
